  11.    EXTENDED COMMANDS:
  12.    ------------------
  13.    The extended commands are commands that are not instrinsic to this
  14.    program.  They are executed by running batch files provided by the sysop.
  15.    In the extended command menu, all the window control keys still apply.
  16.    Also the [-] Clear marks function is also still executable for added
  17.    convenience.

  19.    Note that since the extended commands may alter the contents of a
  20.    directory, that both windows are relogged and all file marks are
  21.    cleared after the command has terminated.

  23.    The following paragraphs describe the extended commands that the sysop
  24.    has included:
  25.  
  26.    <C> Compress         This command will build an ARC file of all marked
  27.                         entries.  If no files are marked then the current
  28.                         entry will be archived.  The resulting archive will
  29.                         be in the active directory under the name of
  30.                         COMPRESS.ARC.
  31.  
  32.    [X] Expand           This command expand the contents of the current
  33.                         entry.  Note that the current entry must be a .ARC
  34.                         file for this to work.   The extracted files will
  35.                         be located in the active window directory.
  36.  
  37.    [U] Upload           This command will upload a file into the active
  38.                         directory.  The file will be in UPLOAD.ARC.
  39.                         Xmodem CRC is used for the transfer protocol.
  40.  
  41.    [D] Download         This command will download the current entry.  The
  42.                         current entry must be a file.  XModem CRC is used
  43.                         for the transfer protocol.
